Savory Ham & Swiss Cheesecake

I have been on a cheesecake kick lately. And I thought how fun would it be to make a breakfast cheesecake. Not only would it make a fun meal for the kids to eat, but beautiful to serve at a brunch. I love hosting brunches for showers and get-togethers.

I’ll be honest I was a little worried how this would turn out and if it would have the flavor I was looking for. But it did not disappoint, it wowed! I couldn’t stop eating it. Literally, I had to take it away to the neighbors or I would have eaten the whole pan.
