Ingredients
Sugar Cookies
1 1/4cupswhite sugar
1cupbutter
3egg yolks
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspooncream of tartar
Frosting
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
2tablespoonsbuttersoftened
1/2cupsugar
1/4-1/2cuppowdered sugar
1/2 to 1teaspoonalmond or clear vanilla flavoring

12large strawberriessliced
24blueberries
6kiwisdiced in large chunks
Instructions
Sugar Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
Cream together sugar and butter. Beat in egg yolks and almond or vanilla extract.
Add flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Stir. (Note: dough will be firm, not like your normal cookie dough. Don't worry it is supposed to be this way.)
Form dough into walnut size balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Don't flatten. Bake 10 to 11 minutes, until tops are cracked and just turning color. Let them cool.
Frosting
In a large bowl cream together cream cheese and butter, stir in the sugar, powdered sugar and flavoring until smooth. Set aside, in the fridge if necessary until ready to frost.
Once cookies are cooled, frost with a large heaping tablespoon of cream cheese frosting. Top with fruit.
