Ingredients
12egg whiteswhisked
6cupsFrench breadcubed
1 1/2cupsmilk
1cupsmoked Gouda cheeseshredded, you may use another white cheese if desired
10slicesbaconcooked and chopped
4ouncesfresh spinachchopped
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare 1 quart baking dish by spraying non-stick cooking spray on the sides and bottom of the pan; set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk egg whites, milk, cheese, bacon, and spinach and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined, add in bread and stir until all the bread is wet.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple minutes, then serve. Enjoy!
