White Chocolate Caramel Sauce
This White Chocolate Caramel Sauce is deliciously creamy. It works well with any dessert recipe, or you can eat it by the spoonful.

Ingredients

cup
butter
½ stick

brown sugar

tablespoon
white granulated sugar

half and half or heavy cream

tablespoon
vanilla
pinch
salt
1/2
cup
white chocolate melting candies
I used Choco Maker, melted
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients, except for the white chocolate, in a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat.
Let it cook while constantly whisking for about 5-7 minutes, until it begins to thicken.
Turn off heat and whisk in white chocolate, stir until well combined.
Serve immediately or let it cool, and refrigerate in a mason jar for later.
