Ingredients

  • 16 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mini M&M’s I used the Christmas colors
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup orange Tic-Tacs
  • .88 ounce package candy eyeballs
  • 3-4 cups pretzel sticks or 4 handfuls
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate melting chips
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a small glass mixing bowl, add in white chocolate melting chips and melt following package directions for the microwave, mine took 1 1/2 minutes to melt.
  • Lay out two large pieces of wax paper, top with popcorn and then pour melted chocolate over the popcorn, toss around with your hands making sure to coat the popcorn well with the chocolate.
  • Add in 3/4 cup coconut, mini M&M’s, candy eyeballs and Tic-Tacs. Mix around again with the popcorn and chocolate so that some of the pieces stick together with the popcorn. You may use more chocolate if needed, just melt it and then add to mix.
  • Let it sit for 5-7 minutes while chocolate hardens.
  • Once chocolate has hardened, place in a large mixing or serving bowl, add in pretzel sticks and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Toss to mixture together and serve.
