Ingredients
1/2cupbuttercut into 1-inch cubes
1cupsugar
2tablespoonsmilk
1cupdark chocolate chips
1/2cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1teaspoonvanilla
3eggs
1 1/4cupsflour
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4cupmini semisweet chocolate chipsOptional
Instructions
Grease a 9x13 pan with cooking oil spray; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a sauce pan add butter and chocolate chips (not the optional chips), over low heat, stir until completely melted and well combined.
Once melted, remove from heat and add milk and sugar. Stir vigorously adding eggs, one at a time until each egg is fully incorporated.
Add in flour, baking soda and salt, stir until combined. Add in vanilla and mini chocolate chips if using, then pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool, cut into squares and serve.
