In a small skillet, cook meat thoroughly. Remove meat from skillet, and set aside in a small bowl.
In another small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until fully combined. Using the same skillet, prepare and scramble eggs. Once completely cooked, remove skillet from heat.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Open the package of Pepperidge Farm Pecan Caramel Sweet Rolls and remove one roll at a time.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each roll until it’s flat and makes a circle about as wide as your hand with your fingers spread out - about 1/8 of an inch thick.
In the middle of the rolled out Pepperidge Farm Pecan Caramel Sweet Roll, top with 1 scrambled egg, about 2 tablespoons. Then top with diced ham and cheese. Roll up the sweet roll like pictured, and set on baking/cookie sheet.
Repeat process with remaining sweet rolls, egg, ham and cheese.
Place sheet in preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a golden brown.
Once completely baked, pour caramel packet in a small bowl and heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute in microwave. Spread over each roll and top with chopped pecans. They are ready to serve!
