Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake - A light & fluffy golden cake topped with a classic cinnamon, brown sugar streusel topping.
Spray a 9x13” cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until center is just barely set.
Meanwhile make your topping, in a large bowl add all your ingredients and with a hand mixer. Mix together until combined and small crumbs form.
Remove cake from oven and sprinkle on the topping.
Place back in the oven and continue baking for 10-15 minutes until browned
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Cut and serve each slice with a dusting of powdered sugar.
