1lb.white cheddar cheeseshredded
1/2cupmilk
1cupSalsa Verderecipe below
1/4cupdiced green chiles
4ounceFontina cheeseshredded
8ouncescream cheese

Instructions
To make the queso, add the shredded white cheddar cheese, shredded Fontina cheese, milk and Salsa Verde into a large microwave safe bowl.
Place back in the microwave covered, and heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring every minute until cheese is completely melted and smooth. Serve immediately.
To make enchiladas, prepare tamales per package directions, heating in microwave for 3 minutes. Remove husk from tamale, place on an oven safe plate, and pour 1/2 cup of the queso verde on top. Place plate in oven on low broil, and heat until cheese is hot and bubbly, 5-6 minutes.
To make taquitos as a dipper, prepare per package directions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake taquitos for 11 minutes. I went a couple minutes longer for a crispier shell. So good!
