Peach Cobbler Cake

Peach Cobbler Cake is where cake and cobbler collide into one pan. This is a deliciously easy to make dessert that will become an instant family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ripe peaches peeled and sliced
  • 12 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • vanilla ice cream optional
  • caramel optional
  • chopped pecans optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Have a 9x13 metal pan ready, if you are using a glass 9x13 pan make sure to spray with cooking oil first, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add peaches, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir together until well combined and pour into prepared 9x13 pan. Sprinkle white cake mix (dry) evenly over the batter. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
  • Place in preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cobbler part of the cake is bubbly and a light golden brown. Remove from oven and allow cake to cool. Serve with ice cream, caramel, and chopped pecans if desired.
