In a large Ziploc bag add chocolate chip cookies, seal bag and smash up cookies, using the back of a metal spoon. Continue to smash until the cookies are small crumbs. You can also use your food processor for this.
Stir together until well combined. Press cookie crust onto a parchment lined pizza baking 12-inch sheet. Fill out the pizza sheet with the crust making sure to press down to compact the crust. Set in the freezer to chill, remove ice cream until softened and easy to scoop, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove crust from freezer and scoop the entire thing of ice cream on to the pizza crust. Then evenly spread out ice cream over the crust, this should be fairly easy since it has softened.
Crumble cookie dough over the top of the ice cream. Set in freezer to set or until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, warm hot fudge, slice pizza and immediately serve drizzled with hot fudge sauce. Voila! Time to serve and devour.
