Blue Cheese Fondue

Blue Cheese Fondue is a perfect dip for your next game day get-together. With it's rich and melt-in-your-mouth texture, this bold fondue will wow every fan.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2/3 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese softened

Dippers

  • 3 lbs Tyson Boneless Wyngz
  • 3 lbs Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage 3 - 1 lb packs
  • French bread
  • carrot sticks
  • celery sticks

Instructions

  • Bake and prepare Tyson Boneless Wyngz and Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage according to package directions.
  • Slice and prepare other dippers and set aside.

Fondue

  • Combine the blue cheese and the cornstarch in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. 
  • Stirring constantly add wine, milk, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and melted. Continuously stirring, reduce heat to medium and bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  • Reduce heat to low; cook 8 minutes or until mixture is smooth, be sure to stir often. 
  • Pour into a fondue pot or keep warm over low flame. 
  • Serve with dippers listed above.
