1/2cupsliced olives
1 1/2cupschopped tomatoesI used cherry
Instructions
Begin by mixing canned refried beans with salsa, preferably spicy, to add extra flavor. Once mixed, spread the bean-salsa mixture into the bottom of a casserole dish, I used 7×11″ size.
Make your taco sour cream, by combining your sour cream with 3 tablespoons of taco seasoning. Mix and spread over the beans.**If you are making this for a later time and not eating it right away, I would make the guacamole layer first, and then the sour cream, for presentation, I prefer sour cream first then the guac.
Make super simple guacamole with fresh ingredients. However, if you’re in a hurry, you can buy pre-made guacamole instead. Trust me, fresh ingredients will taste better.Start with your avocados, salt, granulated garlic, fresh cilantro, and lime. Mix together in a bowl & spread over the sour cream layer.
Add a layer of finely shredded cheese on top.
Dice your cherry tomatoes or whatever tomatoes you have on hand, and scatter all over the top.
To finish, top the dish with sliced black olives and green onions. Remember to keep it refrigerated until you’re ready to serve.
