Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 Pillsbury Pastry Bag Cream Cheese Frosting
  • assorted Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix Pillsbury Devil's Food Cake Mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl until well combined. 
  • Scoop dough with cookie dough scoop (or by the tablespoon) and set on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10-12 minutes.
  • Allow the cookies to completely cool. 
  • Frost one cookie, on the flat side using the Pillsbury Pastry Bag Cream Cheese Frosting.
    Top the frosted cookie with another cookies, making a sandwich.
  • Roll the whoopie pie in sprinkles and set aside allowing the frosting to set.
