Kid Made, Mother Approved Easy Peanut Butter Pie is an easy to make, tasty pie with a chocolate graham cracker crust topped with Reeses peanut butter cups.

Easy Peanut Butter Pie slice topped with chopped peanut butter cups served on a plate

This recipe comes from my sister Tami, who is known to be the biggest lover of a good peanut butter pie. In fact, in my recipe box, this is saved as “Tami’s Peanut Butter Pie”. The kids love this recipe because they are now old enough to make it themselves. We also love the chocolate crust, it isn’t over powering but doesn’t leave that graham cracker taste in your mouth after you have taken a bite. What I personally love about this recipe is that you can make it with fat-free cream cheese and fat-free Cool Whip, taking out a few extra calories so that I can overindulge without feeling overly bad. In the end, our family has come to the conclusion, as well as many other people have that there really isn’t a better combination of peanut butter and chocolate!

Enjoy! XOXO San

FOOD PROCESSOR: I love all the colors you can choose from.

PIE PAN: You need one of these for the quiche and I prefer a glass pan over metal. One because of how it cooks and two for presentation.

My review: I love this pie, especially when I make it with fat-free cream cheese and fat-free whipped topping. I will note that when we do this the pie does not set as well, but still taste amazing!!!

Kids’ review: High light of the night, the kids licking it off their plates to the point where 3 out of 5 of them had the pie and whipped topping on the tip of their noses.

  1. I have made this same recipe at least 8 times. It is also a family favorite. My oldest son had me make it for his birthday a couple years ago. We love it.
