I seriously love these Buffalo Chicken Fries. In fact, I made them as an appetizer, and they ended up being my meal because I ate so many. Even after I was full, I continued to go back.

You have heard me mention before that my kids LOVE chicken wings, and well, me, not so much. It’s mainly due to all the mess. Nothing else. Seriously, their hands and faces become disasters, filled with sauce. And of course, they never use napkins, preferring shirt sleeves, tablecloths, and the occasional couch cushion – mom sigh. But these fries still give off that hot wing feeling, finger food with all the taste of classic buffalo chicken wings.

I used Alexia Sweet Potato Fries, but you could really use any of their fries. While my kids would prefer Crinkle Cut, I love their Sweet Potato Fries and their Onion Rings. You could even do Buffalo Chicken Onion Rings. I’m doing that next!

These fries are just a perfect base, crispy and not too greasy, and they hold up to all the other ingredients. I love Alexia products and one of the reasons is they are made with high quality all-natural ingredients. I easily found them at my local Walmart in the freezer section.
