I am on a smoothie kick recently. I was doing a protein powder shake through a fitness company which shall remain nameless – but basically it would substitute a meal and after 7 months of being on it, I had big-time stomach issues. Not fun. After trial and error of what could have caused my stomach acting up all the time, I realized it was the shake I was using. I was totally bummed as I like having it as my lunch, so easy and I loved the chocolate flavor. I got used to drinking my lunch and the convenience it allowed me.
